The living room is open to the kitchen /dining area and has a nice sectional couch. The living room has a large TV with Satellite and WIFI. The couch is also converts to a sleeper sofa.

The master bedroom has a King-sized bed and ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo. cross the hallway, the 2nd bedroom has a Queen-sized bed. The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin sized bunk beds. All the bedrooms have TV’s with Satellite.

2 Bathrooms

The hall bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The master bathroom is ensuite and has a tub shower combo.

Kitchen

The kitchen is open to the living room and has lots of windows for extra light. This bright and open space is stocked with most basic items. There is a dining table to seat 6. There is also a breakfast bar. The washer dryer is in a closet tucked away in the hallway off the kitchen.

Private Pool and Outdoors

This great private pool has a cool firepit, waterfall, and an underwater table. Bring your own umbrella. There is also a sun shelf/shallow area for the kids to splash around in. There are loungers and chairs around the pool to relax in.

Parking

There is ample parking under the house and in the driveway. Boats are OK as long as they fit in the driveway. No curb parking allowed.
